The 2003 Winter Session trip to southern California was quite successful. Students visited Death Valley, Leo Carillo State Beach, Santa Catalina Island, the deserts of southeastern California, and Las Vegas. We intend to continue to offer trips like this in the future. Hopefully Winter 2004 will include a trip to the Biosphere 2 site in Arizona (so start saving your pennies).
