Distribution: Myanmar (formerly Burma); Thailand; peninsular Malaysia; island of Borneo (Brunei Darussalam, the Malaysian states of Sabah and Sarawak, and the Indonesian province of Kalimantan), the Indonesian regions of Java, Maluku, and Sumatera; and Philippine islands. Habitat: Primary lowland rainforest from 100 - 1500 m (Nicolson, 1968).
