A comparsion of the seeds of Worsleya and Hippeastrum.
The seeds of Worselya are black, lack an ala (wing), and are D-shaped, while the seeds of Hippeastrum are brown to black, have a paper-thin ala, and vary in shape from D-shaped to ovoid.
