MISSION STATEMENT
The goal of Freshman Seminar is to help new students make a smooth transition to their first semester of college:  become familiar with the academic and student support services of the college; participate in a variety of co-curricular campus events. This is accomplished through a combination of advising, orientation/co-curricular activities, and seminar discussion.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS (with grading weights)

CLASS POLICY  Attendance is required and will be counted as credits to final grade if the student presents on time. Ten minutes late will be counted as an absence. If you missed six classes without valid reasons, you will automatically fail the course. Any type of disruptive behavior in the classroom cannot be tolerated.
